Isha Patnaik is an Indian American comedian based in Boston, MA.


Isha is a Bay-Area born, Boston-based comedian, child of Indian immigrants, and Gilmore Girls enthusiast.

Isha Patnaik performs in front of an audience of 200 at Tufts Comedy Blastoff. She admits that this outfit was a "fashion risk" but still plans on repeating it.

She made her stand up debut as a part of Tufts' Stand Up Comedy Collective in 2015. Since graduating, she's performed all around the country as a stand up, improv, and sketch comedian. Isha also created and currently co-produces Affirmative Reaction: An Asian and Asian American Comedy Show!

Isha was featured in 2019’s Women in Comedy Festival and performed as a part of HBO Presents: Bethany Van Delft’s 38.7%. Previously, Isha placed 2nd in ImprovBoston's Stand Up Throwdown and performed at The People’s Improv Theater’s Femme Fest. She was also a semi-finalist in the Funniest Person in Massachusetts competition.

Isha is a self-proclaimed "white people anthropologist" whose comedy touches on everything from racism to The Parent Trap to being an excellent elementary school student. She also has performed on ImprovBoston’s Harold Night and current writes and acts with sketch group Magenta Strike Squad.
